- Develop and execute a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Provide strategic vision for all aspects of total rewards, including executive and broad-based compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
- Ensure alignment of total rewards programs with talent objectives to drive a high-performance culture.
- Design and manage core benefits programs, including executive and supplemental benefits.
- Monitor and recommend revisions to compensation and benefits policies to support strategic goals.
- Oversee the design and administration of incentive compensation plans.
- Ensure the global mobility program aligns with LVMH group practices.
- Communicate and market total rewards programs to HR partners, management, and employees.
- Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate services responsibly.
- Support the cross-functional HR team with benefits expertise and leadership.
- Lead the delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, including annual processes and U.S. Open Enrollment.
- Enhance HR service delivery and improve team member experience.
- Drive analytical capability to monitor market trends and ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all regions.
- Align executive compensation with LVMH Group practices.
- Lead Tiffany Retirement Committees to ensure governance of employee retirement plans.
- Inspire and manage a global team of compensation and benefits professionals.
- Provide mentorship and professional development to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on global strategy.
- Proven success in leading a geographically diverse workforce.
- Experience in guiding and developing high-performing teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 401(k) fiduciary responsibilities and HR regulations.
- In-depth understanding of compliance requirements (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic vision and execution in total rewards.
- Leadership in managing global teams.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits program design.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
15+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with an emphasis on global strategy development and execution.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
The hiring range for this position is $225,000.00 - $350,000.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
