- Ensure high stock fulfillment in collaboration with teams in Japan and the USA within scheduled lead times.
- Oversee the processing of wholesale purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels for maximizing sales.
- Prepare and communicate monthly assortment lists and order suggestions to retailers.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-in forecasting and tracking, along with retail boutique sales forecasting and reporting.
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out data.
- Track and consolidate monthly KPI data for travel retail and retail boutiques.
- Monitor stock on hand (SOH) and sell-out to ensure healthy inventory levels.
- Update the Japan Finance team on the business situation monthly.
- Report sell-in, sell-out, and SOH data monthly to the USA trade team.
- Participate in monthly global trade meetings and follow up on operational tasks.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and materials as required.
- Manage monthly tracking, invoicing, and internal announcements for inbound-related actions.
- Handle packaging and stationery orders for travel retail and retail boutiques, as well as office teams.
- Process invoices and communicate price changes to retailers.
- Support operational tasks for boutique openings, renovations, and closures.
- Oversee uniform and in-store tools distribution, ensuring compliance with usage guidelines.
- Complete any projects or tasks assigned by superiors.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English, with daily communication required in both languages.
- Accuracy with figures and the ability to create user-friendly charts and reports.
- Professional-level proficiency in basic Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and IF statements.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
- Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Retail Commercial Executive or Retail Administrator is preferred.
