Role & Responsibilities
- Support the CRM & Data team in planning, managing, and monitoring newsletter campaigns across EMEA markets.
- Coordinate campaign plans with ECOM and Marketing teams, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Validate campaign elements such as subject lines, SKUs, and images for various markets.
- Execute ad-hoc campaigns, including constructing briefs and configuring campaigns in SFMC.
- Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements.
- Implement benchmarks of luxury industry campaigns.
- Develop client reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Support Retail Learning by organizing training sessions and creating content.
Qualifications
- Fluent English: mandatory
- Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, master 2 level
- Previous experience in managing newsletter campaigns
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR)
