1. Assist in the preparation and execution of events.
2. Support the Miami Market Director and High Jewelry Manager with scheduling, expense reports, and special projects.
3. Facilitate client gifting initiatives.
4. Contribute to major event recaps, calendars, and timelines.
5. Collaborate with Miami leaders to develop and execute outreach strategies for High Jewelry clients.
6. Support new product launches, High Jewelry caravans, and ad hoc product events.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance High Jewelry knowledge and collections.
8. Develop collateral for in-store client activations, virtual experiences, and High Jewelry events.
9. Ensure appropriate client treatment before, during, and after High Jewelry appointments.
10. Regularly collaborate with the Market Director and High Jewelry Manager on client experience recommendations.
11. Host and enhance client appointments as needed.

1. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
2. Knowledge of luxury retail.
3. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

4. Proficiency in event planning and client relations.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or client relations.
