Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and oversight for Tiffany's Premier Retail Landmark location.
- Deliver new technologies in collaboration with external partners to support organizational growth.
- Support existing technology unique to the location.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management to facilitate project and support initiatives.
- Deliver and support infrastructure technology, including lifecycle management programs.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on incidents and service requests.
- Perform trend analysis and collaborate with IT groups to resolve issues.
- Fulfill hardware requests and manage deployment with vendors.
- Identify gaps in processes and knowledgebase articles.
- Develop documentation and coordinate training events with IT and Operations.
- Manage relationships with business units, IT partners, and clients.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years experience in IT support and service delivery function
- Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Apple iOS, and Office 365 Tools
- Experience with Active Directory and User/Endpoint Management Administration
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with command line (e.g., PowerShell)
- Ability to build and maintain business partnerships
- Ability to approach technical challenges from a business perspective
- Ability to perform basic financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years in IT support and service delivery.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
