Tiffany & Co. Technical Services Senior Analyst

- Oversee the delivery and support of infrastructure technology, including lifecycle management programs.
- Manage Cegid Point of Sale systems, VLM Automation, and endpoint technology such as PCs, MACs, mobile devices, printers, and telephones.
- Ensure software delivery and maintenance, including new technologies, applications, and processes.
- Provide regular reporting on incidents and service requests, performing trend analysis to resolve issues.
- Fulfill hardware requests and manage deployments with vendors for PCs, laptops, printers, and POS devices.
- Identify process gaps and develop documentation in collaboration with IT and Operations.
- Coordinate training events for new and existing employees with the retail excellence team.
- Maintain effective relationships with business units and IT partners, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA.
- 2-4+ years experience in IT support and service delivery.
- Proficiency with Windows 10, Windows 11, Apple iOS, and Office 365 Tools.
- Experience with Active Directory and User/Endpoint Management Administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience with command line tools such as PowerShell.
- Ability to build and maintain business partnerships.

The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent on skills and experience.
