- Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve store sales targets.
- Drive client development activities and manage client relationships.
- Execute a client-centric approach and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster high performance.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Champion operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
A college/university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is also preferred.
The hiring range for this position is between $80,000 - $115,000, with eligibility for sales commission.
