- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets.
- Assume store oversight in the absence of the Director.
- Cultivate an exceptional client experience and ensure service excellence.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor to ensure the Tiffany client experience is delivered.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.
A minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience, such as hospitality.
A college or university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $76,500 - $108,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
