1. Lead and develop sales, operations, and security teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Director.
3. Mentor team members and act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure exceptional client service.
4. Manage and motivate the team to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
5. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
6. Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver the Tiffany client experience.
7. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
8. Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
9. Continuously train and coach team members, providing qualitative feedback and recognition.
10. Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
11. Manage back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
5. Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with a focus on retail or luxury retail management.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
