1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Act as the store overseer in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
4. Motivate and manage the team to consistently achieve store commercial objectives.
5. Drive client development activities to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships.
6. Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences and manage client relationships personally.
7. Optimize store amenities and hospitality to create unique client experiences.
8. Act on client feedback to improve service and elevate the Tiffany Experience.
9. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance environment.
10. Provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team engagement and performance.
11. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness, seeking continuous improvement.
12. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
5. English communication skills preferred.
