Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and hospitality throughout the client's visit.
  • Anticipate and accommodate client preferences in collaboration with client advisors.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including specialty drinks.
  • Oversee daily activities and coordination of the waitstaff team.
  • Describe menu items, take orders, and ensure efficient service.
  • Supervise and maintain operational efficiency of hospitality areas.
  • Ensure readiness of hospitality spaces and manage supplies.
  • Assist with orders, receiving, and distribution of supplies.
  • Support seamless client experiences during appointments and daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong commitment to client service standards. Proficiency in technology and computer skills. Additional language skills are advantageous. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to perform varied tasks.

Experience

At least two years of experience as a waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with preference for experience in luxury retail or service industries.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
