1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless management and client service.
3. Coach and guide team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences and achieve sales targets.
4. Cultivate client relationships to enhance sales and brand loyalty.
5. Optimize store operations and client service through continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
4. Ability to work flexibly across various roles and responsibilities.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $93,500-$132,000, dependent on experience.
