- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless management and client service.
- Coach and guide team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate client relationships to enhance sales and brand loyalty.
- Optimize store operations and client service through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexibly across various roles and responsibilities.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $93,500-$132,000, dependent on experience.
