1. Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the store experience.
2. Provide oversight for the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach.
4. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
5. Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences through effective team management and coaching.
6. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
7. Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
8. Champion operational efficiency and seek continuous improvement in store processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $93,500 - $132,000, dependent upon experience.
