- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the store experience.
- Provide oversight for the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences through effective team management and coaching.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
- Champion operational efficiency and seek continuous improvement in store processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to drive sales and meet commercial targets.
- Proficiency in using client tracking systems and operational software.
- Capability to work flexibly across various roles as needed.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.
A college/university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $93,500 - $132,000, dependent upon experience.
