- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Act as the store overseer in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate an environment of service excellence, inspiring the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Drive client development activities and manage client relationships personally.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide continuous training and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.
A minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience is required.
A college or university degree is desired.
Compensation for this role ranges from $102,000 to $120,000.
