- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Act as the store overseer in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations and client service.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Motivate and manage team performance to consistently achieve store commercial objectives.
- Enhance the client experience by leading, modeling, and coaching based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering an environment of high performance and inclusivity.
- Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven sales generation and commercial result management experience.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Client relationship management expertise.
- Operational efficiency and procedural compliance.
- Flexibility and adaptability in various roles.
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
