- Lead and support the sales, operations, and security teams to achieve or surpass commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional client service.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, acting as a mentor and coach to team members.
- Drive client development activities to expand and deepen client relationships, achieving sales and product category targets.
- Model and coach team members to deliver the Tiffany Experience, optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance and inclusive environment.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing efficient back-of-house operations and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail store management, or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Ability to adapt to various roles based on business needs.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with a focus on retail or luxury retail management.
A college or university degree is preferred.
