- Coach and guide the sales and operations teams to exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences and collaborate with the Store Director.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
- Cultivate client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are met.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Act on NPS performance and client feedback to improve customer service.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Manage back of house operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Minimum 5 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
A university degree is preferred.
