1. Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service.
2. Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to prevent theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
3. Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
4. Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assist with facilities repairs, and communicate with the store team.
5. Support both security and back-of-house operations and controls.
6. Deliver a positive Tiffany experience to each client, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
7. Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales targets.
8. Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable customer interactions.
9. Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities, acting on client feedback.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Basic computer proficiency.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
