- Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and service, including implementing sales strategies and reinforcing business needs and KPIs.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing stock quality and quantity, understanding compliance, and supporting back-of-house operations.
- Foster team spirit through collaboration, trust, and professionalism, conducting daily coaching sessions and briefings.
- Elevate the in-store client experience by ensuring luxury presentation, behavior, and hospitality, and addressing customer issues.
- Develop client relationships to drive loyalty and spend, cultivating new and existing customer bases and participating in events.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant customer-related experience such as luxury hospitality.
- Experience in people management, sales generation, and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs, including sales floor and operations.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and positive leadership models.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant customer-related experience.
