Team Manager, Client Care Centre

1. Build relationships with internal and external clients
2. Nurture and develop the client portfolio through meaningful commercial outreach
3. Support the Store Director in organizing and hosting events for clients
4. Create exceptional experiences for clients
5. Become an expert on product and sales training modules
6. Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors
7. Assist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters
8. Perform key-holder responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store

1. Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
2. Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience
3. Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
4. Experience working towards targets and KPIs
5. Experience in organizing events is a plus
6. Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism

1. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
2. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 5 years

Salary range between $80,000 - $95,000 (based on level of experience)
