- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless execution of all activities.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
- Motivate and manage the team to consistently achieve store commercial objectives.
- Drive client development activities to expand and nurture the client base.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying the Tiffany Touch at every interaction.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team to uphold Tiffany client experience standards.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Act on client feedback to continuously improve customer service.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to enhance team engagement and performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management, with a focus on sales and client relations.
A college or university degree is preferred.
