1. Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail management, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven sales generation and client relationship management skills.
3. Fluency in Spanish (Catalan) and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A college or university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
