- Support the Store Manager/Sales Manager in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams to exceed sales targets.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Sales Manager.
- Cultivate client relationships and elevate the Tiffany store experience.
- Maximize team performance through motivation and engagement.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Drive sales through key product pillars and KPIs.
- Communicate corporate strategies to Client Advisors to enhance sales.
- Lead client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Support company, regional, and local events and product launches with strategic client engagement.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate team members.

Minimum of 5 years in a related field, with a focus on retail or luxury retail management.
