- Lead and develop the sales, operations, and security teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
- Cultivate client relationships and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Maximize employee performance and client development.
- Manage overall store operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
- Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs.
- Communicate corporate strategies to increase sales.
- Utilize sales reporting tools to recommend sales strategies.
- Foster client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to maintain high performance.
- Provide continuous training and coaching to team members.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
