- Support the Store Manager/Sales Manager in leading and developing the sales, operations, and security teams.
- Assume oversight for the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Sales Manager.
- Build relationships with internal and external clients to enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
- Drive business through key product pillars and KPIs.
- Communicate corporate strategies and initiatives to Client Advisors.
- Partner with Store/Sales Manager to deliver sales plans and strategies.
- Use sales reporting tools to create recommendations for increasing sales.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Ensure Client Advisors capture meaningful customer data.
- Champion operations efficiency and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent to cultivate a high-performance climate.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to engage and motivate team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 5 years
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
