1. Provide administrative and project management support to the Americas Talent Acquisition team.
2. Assist with scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies, and initiating background checks.
3. Maintain Talent Acquisition dashboards.
4. Coordinate and execute onsite and in-market recruitment events across the Americas.
5. Design, create, and distribute recruitment materials, including workshop invites and referral initiatives.
6. Coordinate recruitment workshops, including venue, travel, and logistics arrangements.
7. Support candidate sourcing and participate in interview shadowing.
8. Provide coordination support for employee engagement events, liaising with vendors and managing project timelines.
9. Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed.
