- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s hiring process.
- Propose solutions to enhance the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
- Collaborate with internal management to understand departmental needs and proactively source candidates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on staffing strategies for challenging positions.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems and databases.
- Contribute to HR programs and departmental initiatives, including organizational chart updates and presentation development.
- Strong interest in HR talent acquisition and recruitment.
