1. Gain an understanding of Tiffany & Co.’s hiring process.
2. Offer solutions to create an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
3. Collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal management and employees to understand their roles, department structures, business goals, and position requirements for proactive candidate sourcing.
4. Partner with HRBPs on specific staffing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
5. Update records in internal tracking/databases and provide hiring managers and HR leaders with proactive updates.
6. Support Industrial HR programs and departmental initiatives by contributing to key projects, including organizational chart updates, presentation development, and ad hoc tasks aligned with department priorities and workload.

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
