1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s hiring process.
2. Propose solutions to enhance the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
3. Collaborate with internal management to understand departmental needs and proactively source candidates.
4. Partner with HR Business Partners on staffing strategies for challenging positions.
5. Maintain and update internal tracking systems and databases.
6. Contribute to HR programs and departmental initiatives, including organizational chart updates and presentation development.

$25 per hour
