- Drive the strategic direction of the store and provide leadership to both store management and sales teams.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to enhance results through client engagement, team development, visual merchandising, product assortment, and operational excellence.
- Deliver cohesive direction to the store team through effective morning briefings and goal setting.
- Cultivate a culture of feedback and coaching to foster a winning team environment.
- Ensure a consistently luxurious client experience and address feedback promptly.
- Develop and execute a client development plan to engage and expand relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 individuals in retail or client-focused environments such as hospitality, events, or banking.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals in a sales context.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism among clients and staff.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
