1. Drive the strategic direction of the store and provide leadership to both store management and sales teams.
2. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to enhance results through client engagement, team development, visual merchandising, product assortment, and operational excellence.
3. Deliver cohesive direction to the store team through effective morning briefings and goal setting.
4. Cultivate a culture of feedback and coaching to foster a winning team environment.
5. Ensure a consistently luxurious client experience and address feedback promptly.
6. Develop and execute a client development plan to engage and expand relationships with high-value and VIP clients.

1. Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 individuals in retail or client-focused environments such as hospitality, events, or banking.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
3. Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals in a sales context.
4. Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism among clients and staff.
5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
