1. Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Chatswood store.
2. Analyze business performance to develop and implement action plans for improvement.

1. Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 individuals in a retail or client-focused environment.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
3. Experience in engaging with high-net-worth individuals in a sales context.
4. Ability to inspire trust and maintain professionalism with clients and staff.
