- Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Chatswood store.
- Analyze business performance to develop and implement action plans for improvement.
- Lead and inspire the store leadership and sales teams through effective communication and goal setting.

- Ensure a consistently luxurious client experience and address feedback promptly.
- Develop and execute a client development plan to engage and expand the high-value client base.
- Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 individuals in a retail or client-focused environment.

- Experience in engaging with high-net-worth individuals in a sales context.
- Ability to inspire trust and maintain professionalism with clients and staff.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various roles and work schedules.
