Tiffany & Co. Store Manager

- Drive the strategic direction of the store and provide leadership to the store and sales teams.
- Analyze business performance and develop action plans to enhance results through client engagement, team management, visual merchandising, and in-store operations.
- Provide cohesive direction to the store team through effective morning briefings and goal setting.
- Cultivate a winning culture by providing daily feedback and coaching to the team.
- Ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience, addressing feedback promptly.
- Develop and implement a client development plan to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Minimum of five years' experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment.
- Proven experience in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals in a sales environment.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism with clients and staff.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- In-depth technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business performance data.
- Proficiency in developing and executing client engagement strategies.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
