1. Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and service excellence.
2. Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve store sales targets.
3. Analyze business needs, productivity, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
4. Lead the execution of retail excellence standards and drive daily performance.
5. Identify and elevate out-of-stock and merchandising needs to optimize product presentation.
6. Ensure compliance with store operations, health and safety, and maintenance standards.
7. Align resources to meet store needs, including traffic, client profiles, and product potential.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff.
9. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, building a robust succession plan.
10. Enhance client experience by delivering memorable in-store moments.
11. Identify and activate new client sources, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
12. Manage customer issues and complaints to ensure a luxury experience.

1. Minimum of 5-10 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in people management, coaching, and sales generation.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends.
4. Superior communication and interpersonal skills with a positive leadership approach.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Proficiency in presenting business strategies using current technology.
7. Authorization to work in Turkey.
8. Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is a plus.

A minimum of 5-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in people management and sales achievement.

A college/university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
