- Execute exceptional retail performance to ensure sales and service excellence.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve store sales targets.
- Analyze business needs, productivity, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Lead the execution of retail excellence standards and drive daily performance.
- Identify and elevate out-of-stock and merchandising needs to optimize product presentation.
- Ensure compliance with store operations, health and safety, and maintenance standards.
- Align resources to meet store needs, including traffic, client profiles, and product potential.
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, building a robust succession plan.
- Enhance client experience by delivering memorable in-store moments.
- Identify and activate new client sources, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
- Manage customer issues and complaints to ensure a luxury experience.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in people management, coaching, and sales generation.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with a positive leadership approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in presenting business strategies using current technology.
- Authorization to work in Turkey.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is a plus.

A minimum of 5-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in people management and sales achievement.
A college/university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
