- Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve store sales targets while adhering to budget constraints.
- Analyze business needs, productivity, and KPIs to provide insightful business recommendations.
- Drive daily performance through effective communication at store and sales professional levels.
- Lead the execution of retail excellence standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage knowledge of competitor activity and sales opportunities.
- Identify and address stock and merchandising needs to optimize product assortment and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with store operations, health and safety, maintenance, and store environment standards.
- Align resources to meet store needs, including traffic, client profile, and product potential.
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff.
- Recruit and develop a talent pipeline and build succession plans.
- Develop client-centric teams and assess team capabilities to build robust development plans.
- Address performance management issues promptly through consistent feedback.
- Identify and activate new client sources, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
- Coach and monitor team cultivation practices with CRM.
- Execute events in partnership with PR to align with commercial goals.
- Manage customer issues and complaints to ensure a superior in-store luxury experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in people management, coaching, and customer development.
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Ability to present business strategy to audiences using current technology.
- Professional presence and behaviors that inspire trust and integrity.
- Dynamic team player with the ability to motivate staff and build relationships.
- Authorization to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong command of Dutch and English, with additional language skills preferred.
