1. Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve store sales targets while adhering to budget constraints.
2. Analyze business needs, productivity, and KPIs to provide insightful business recommendations.
3. Drive daily performance through effective communication at store and sales professional levels.
4. Lead the execution of retail excellence standards.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage knowledge of competitor activity and sales opportunities.
6. Identify and address stock and merchandising needs to optimize product assortment and presentation.
7. Ensure compliance with store operations, health and safety, maintenance, and store environment standards.
8. Align resources to meet store needs, including traffic, client profile, and product potential.
9. Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage staff.
10. Recruit and develop a talent pipeline and build succession plans.
11. Develop client-centric teams and assess team capabilities to build robust development plans.
12. Address performance management issues promptly through consistent feedback.
13. Identify and activate new client sources, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
14. Coach and monitor team cultivation practices with CRM.
15. Execute events in partnership with PR to align with commercial goals.
16. Manage customer issues and complaints to ensure a superior in-store luxury experience.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in people management, coaching, and customer development.
3. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
4. Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
8. Ability to present business strategy to audiences using current technology.
9. Professional presence and behaviors that inspire trust and integrity.
10. Dynamic team player with the ability to motivate staff and build relationships.
11. Authorization to work in the Netherlands.
12. Strong command of Dutch and English, with additional language skills preferred.
