- Drive the strategic direction of the store, providing leadership to both the store leadership and sales teams.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to enhance results, focusing on client engagement, team dynamics, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations.
- Facilitate a cohesive team direction through morning briefings and goal setting.
- Cultivate a culture of feedback and coaching to foster a winning team environment.
- Ensure a consistent, luxurious client experience in-store, addressing feedback promptly.
- Develop and execute a client development plan to engage and grow relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 individuals in a retail or client-focused environment.
- Proven experience in sales generation and managing sales results.
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Experience partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a sales environment.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in various roles as needed, including sales floor and operations.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is advantageous.
Minimum five years of experience leading teams in a retail or client-focused environment.
