1. Drive store strategy and provide leadership to the store and sales teams.
2. Analyze business performance and implement action plans to enhance results.
3. Provide cohesive direction through morning briefings and goal setting.
4. Cultivate a winning culture through feedback and coaching.
5. Ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience in-store.
6. Develop client engagement plans to foster relationships with high-value clients.

1. Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 in a retail or client-focused environment.
2. Experience in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
3. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals in a sales environment.
4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
