- Drive the strategic direction of the store, providing leadership to both the store management and sales teams.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to enhance results, focusing on client engagement, team dynamics, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations.
- Foster a cohesive team environment through effective morning briefings and goal setting.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence by providing daily feedback and coaching to develop a winning team ethos.
- Ensure a consistently luxurious client experience, addressing feedback promptly and effectively.
- Develop and execute a client development plan to engage and expand the high-value and VIP client base, leveraging team capabilities to build long-term relationships.
- Minimum five years of experience leading teams of at least 15 individuals in a retail or client-focused environment.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in working towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in engaging with high-net-worth individuals in a sales environment.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism among clients and staff.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work in various roles as needed, including sales floor and operations.
- In-depth technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is advantageous.
