1. Lead business development by creating and nurturing client relationships through all interactions.
2. Develop and execute the Store Commercial Action Plan to achieve sales targets.
3. Cultivate memorable client experiences and foster genuine relationships.
4. Assess local market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Collaborate with Ginza Tower leadership to enhance client strategies and business opportunities.
6. Organize strategic events to elevate client experiences.
7. Develop networking activities for the store team.
8. Partner with regional and corporate teams to ensure store success.
9. Communicate and monitor individual and team KPIs.
10. Lead and delegate boutique projects and ensure operational fluidity.
11. Optimize store controllable operating expenses.
12. Build and manage a successful and diverse team.
13. Foster an inclusive environment and develop talent at all levels.
14. Strategize outreach to the local prestige market and cultivate partnerships.
15. Plan and implement events to promote prestige sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
3. Experience in managing direct reports.

1. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel as needed.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
3. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
8. Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

Minimum 7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with experience in managing direct reports.
