- Lead, develop, and support the sales and operations of a Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all activities.
- Build spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Lead and coach based on NPS scores to enhance the Tiffany Experience.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Hire and develop talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service and selling organization.
- Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments.
- Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent at all levels.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
A college/university degree is desired.
