1. Lead and develop the sales and operations team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.

5. Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.

8. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
9. Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
10. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
11. Recruit and develop a successful team, prioritizing diversity and inclusivity.
12. Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent at all levels.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
2. Experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
3. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $165,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
