- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a climate of service excellence, delivering extraordinary client experiences.
- Collaborate with the Market Vice President to drive business initiatives.
- Build and maintain influential relationships within the store, mall, and city.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and foster lifetime loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan for the store.
- Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Minimum of 10 years of flagship or multi-store management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

A minimum of 10 years in flagship or multi-store management, with a focus on sales management in retail or luxury retail.
A college or university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $174,000, with eligibility for bonus and sales incentives.
