Tiffany & Co. Staff Accountant II, Consolidations and Reporting

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, including analysis of consolidated Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows.
- Serve as the primary contact for international markets using the group reporting tool.
- Review and reconcile intercompany accounts to ensure appropriate eliminations on a consolidated basis.
- Draft required adjusting entries as applicable.
- Participate in process improvement projects, including streamlining the Chart of Accounts and creating training materials.
- Prepare a quarterly balance sheet pack for senior management reporting, including drafting commentary and analyzing period-over-period changes in Accounts Payable.
- Prepare supporting analysis for the cash flow statement, comparing year-over-year account changes to assist in commentary for senior management.
- Account for all equity-related transactions, including capital infusions and dividends, and draft relevant reporting for LVMH.
- Monitor data integrity of consolidations and resulting financials, working with international markets and IT support to correct errors.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1-2 years of public accounting or 2+ years of private accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with proven ability to collaborate productively
- Willingness to work flexible hours during monthly financial close and special assignments

Minimum of 3 years in accounting, with experience in public or private sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
