1. Support the Project Manager in conceptualizing and managing strategic events linked to retail objectives.
2. Collaborate on events such as product launches, boutique openings, and client experience programs.
3. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and roles.
4. Assist in developing and managing event processes, including concept, decor, entertainment, and social activations.
5. Provide support to the Project Manager, Director, and VP with day-to-day project responsibilities.
6. Maintain knowledge of budgets and negotiations, logistics, and formatting.
7. Stay updated on design, technology, industry standards, and creative vendors.

1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. At least 3 years of experience in events and exhibitions in luxury, fashion, and jewelry retail industries

The hiring range for this position is $70,125 - $94,875, depending on relevant skills and experience.
