- Support the Project Manager in conceptualizing and managing strategic events aligned with retail objectives to bolster Tiffany's business goals.
- Collaborate on events such as product launches, boutique openings, and VIP client experience programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and roles.
- Assist in developing and managing event processes, including concept, decor, entertainment, and social activations.
- Provide support to the Project Manager, Director, and VP with daily project responsibilities and team management.
- Maintain knowledge of budgets and negotiations, enhancing proficiency in logistics and formatting.
- Stay informed on design, technology, industry standards, and creative trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in events and exhibitions within luxury, fashion, and jewelry retail, branding, and design industries
- Technical skills in graphic design, production, and floor plans
- Teamwork and interpersonal relationship building

The hiring range for this position is $70,125 - $94,875, dependent on skills and experience.
