Tiffany & Co. Servicing Support Specialist

- Act as a liaison between the Tiffany Service Center and internal clients, including Order & Parts Processing, Estimators, Outbound, and Client Relations.
- Resolve client issues professionally and knowledgeably in a timely manner.
- Manage workflow for rush and critical orders, providing technical information and serving as the primary contact for internal clients.
- Respond to inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of service for all internal and external clients.
- Proactively inform management of service-related issues that may lead to client escalations.
- Manage the flow of critical repair orders according to Tiffany's accuracy, productivity, and turn time standards.
- Coordinate department workflow to ensure appropriate service levels for all orders.
- Provide updates to internal clients and related departments on order status as needed.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements and participate in special projects.
- Provide coverage during absences for other positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong client service orientation
- Proficiency in keyboarding
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Beginner level experience required. Experience in the jewelry, watch, or luxury industry is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
