1. Accurately process and update service orders, ensuring compliance with departmental production and quality standards.
2. Manage parts inventory, including conducting cycle counts and ordering parts, while maintaining accuracy.
3. Perform machine engraving and embossing services for Tiffany & Co. products and packaging, ensuring adherence to company servicing and quality standards.
4. Act as a liaison to the Repair Services technical staff, troubleshooting service issues and assisting with internal client inquiries.
5. Collaborate with management on projects and provide functional coverage in various areas to meet business goals.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative business or technical environment
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

1. Machine engraving and embossing expertise
2. Inventory management
3. Familiarity with graphic programs
4. Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. computer systems (e.g., Repair System, AS 400, Oracle JD Edwards)

Minimum 3 years in an administrative business or technical environment, with experience in machine engraving and/or embossing preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $34 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
