- Provide cross-functional coverage in varying departments to ensure business goals are met.
- Efficiently and accurately process and analyze repair orders and material inventory.
- Identify and communicate potential order issues.
- Ensure accuracy of order information, including item description and repair requests.
- Act as a liaison between the Service Center and internal customers and vendors.
- Respond professionally to communications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management on repair service issues and customer escalations.
- Assist management with projects and tasks to meet business needs.
- Advocate for internal customers by resolving issues across departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with relevant parties.
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 3 years of business experience with a strong operational background
- Experience in operations, technical, or luxury retail environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of AS400, MIPS, POS, Salesforce, or Compass
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends
- Customer service orientation

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $34 per hour, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
