Tiffany & Co. Service Center Coordinator

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Global Servicing management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and project coordination.
- Organize logistics for visitors at the Tiffany Service Center, ensuring a welcoming experience for senior management, vendors, and guests.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings and conferences, including setup, material preparation, and communication management.
- Manage invoices and track budgets effectively.
- Assist in the creation and compilation of detailed presentations and conference materials.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute updates to ensure follow-up actions are taken.
- Prepare and analyze reports using Business Objects, including weekly and monthly reporting.
- Support special projects for the TSC leadership team as needed.
- Enhance building recognition through creative events and communications.
- Coordinate employee events such as the annual picnic and holiday party, and manage HR logistics for activities like Open Enrollment and training.
- Support Kronos time reporting and administration.
- Maintain departmental documents such as organizational charts and employee handbooks.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management and administrative support
- Proven ability to work independently with multiple leaders
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Discretion with confidential information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to support meetings when necessary

The hiring range for this position is $28 - $37 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
