- Deliver exceptional service and uphold luxury standards.
- Achieve operational excellence and ensure team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
- Maintain pristine store presentation and support operational organization across services.
- Manage stock operations, including cycle counts and inventories, and oversee payment processes.
- Support store opening and closing procedures and workforce planning.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and promote a culture of innovation.
- Propose improvements to store leadership and support new operational tools and systems.
- 4-5 years of retail experience in operations, merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Advanced proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with a comprehensive understanding of merchandising, client service, and administration.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
