1. Support the development of sales ambitions for new product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, aligning with demand planning and building sales forecasts for existing products.
2. Assist in setting commercial targets and strategic business priorities for each channel, monitoring performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
3. Contribute to the development of product assortment strategies by channel and region, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
4. Identify new merchandising opportunities and adapt global product plans to local markets, ensuring commercial viability.
5. Facilitate product showroom organization and gather feedback on sales potential for new launches.
6. Analyze business drivers, risks, and opportunities, proposing corrective actions or growth levers in collaboration with Product Marketing and regional teams.
7. Create and present performance reviews and dashboards to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
8. Lead transversal reporting and monitor commercial targets.
9. Propose and implement actions to support growth, maintaining regular communication with regional teams for updates and action plans.
10. Develop visible assortment guidelines for the entire product offer and new launches, prioritizing in-store, digital, and window displays.
11. Support the development of product space strategy guidelines and monitor space productivity.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development. Store or regional experience is strongly preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills across multiple functional areas.
5. Proficiency in presentation and content development.
6. Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
7. Self-motivated with a drive for achievement.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development, with a preference for candidates with store or regional experience.

The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
