- Support the development of sales ambitions for new product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, aligning with demand planning and building sales forecasts for existing products.
- Assist in setting commercial targets and strategic business priorities for each channel, monitoring performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Contribute to the development of product assortment strategies by channel and region, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Identify new merchandising opportunities and adapt global product plans to local markets, ensuring commercial viability.
- Facilitate product showroom organization and gather feedback on sales potential for new launches.
- Analyze business drivers, risks, and opportunities, proposing corrective actions or growth levers in collaboration with Product Marketing and regional teams.
- Create and present performance reviews and dashboards to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Lead transversal reporting and monitor commercial targets.
- Propose and implement actions to support growth, maintaining regular communication with regional teams for updates and action plans.
- Develop visible assortment guidelines for the entire product offer and new launches, prioritizing in-store, digital, and window displays.
- Support the development of product space strategy guidelines and monitor space productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development. Store or regional experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills across multiple functional areas.
- Proficiency in presentation and content development.
- Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a drive for achievement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development, with a preference for candidates with store or regional experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
