1. Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plans, adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
3. Cultivate customers through personalized interactions to increase client repeat rate.
4. Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
5. Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
6. Support the store team and company initiatives.
7. Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
8. Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.

1. Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
3. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

1. Expert selling skills and strong customer service ethics.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
4. Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
5. Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum five years of retail experience, with a preference for jewelry industry experience and senior sales roles in luxury retail.

Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
