- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan, adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Foster personalized customer interactions to enhance client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.
- Support store initiatives and company efforts as an active team member.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Strategic selling and clienteling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Minimum of five years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry sales.
Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
