Tiffany & Co. Senior Client Advisor

- Cultivate strong customer relationships and execute the Tiffany Touch to meet individual Annual Net Sales plans.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic selling skills in line with Tiffany & Co. training standards.
- Cultivate customers through personalized interactions to achieve a high client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team and company initiatives as an active member.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Expert selling and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry, with previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
