- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plans, embodying the Tiffany Touch and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills as per Tiffany & Co. training modules.
- Engage in personalized interactions to cultivate customer loyalty and achieve a high client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets through mentoring and coaching.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Minimum of two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous experience in luxury retail and senior sales roles.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Expert selling skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in luxury retail environments.
