- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plans.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic selling skills.
- Foster personalized interactions to enhance client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Support the store team in various initiatives and efforts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
- Expert selling skills and strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving ability and flexibility in working hours.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry sales.
