1. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plans.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic selling skills.
3. Foster personalized interactions to enhance client repeat rate.
4. Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
5. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
6. Support the store team in various initiatives and efforts.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.

1. Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
2. Previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
3. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

1. Expert selling skills and strong customer service ethics.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
4. Problem-solving ability and flexibility in working hours.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry sales.
